At The Forge at Vikings Don’t Cry, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any information you share with us — whether you’re visiting the forge, renting the farm, or just browsing our site.
1. Information We Collect
Currently, we collect minimum personal information directly. You may provide your name, email, or phone number when submitting a contact or group inquiry form, along with general information when booking.
Some customer data for forge bookings is handled through Airbnb, Bokun, and Viator. Photo session data is handled through Once Upon a Photo Studios, which has its own privacy policies.
2. How We Use Your Information
If you contact us directly, we may use your information to respond to your questions or booking inquiries, send important updates related to your event or experience, and occasionally follow up on your experience with your consent. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information with any third parties.
3. Cookies & Tracking (Future Use)
At this time, we do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels. However, in the future, we may implement tools like the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Google Analytics, or similar technologies to improve our marketing and website performance.
When that happens, we will update this policy to reflect what’s being used and how to manage your preferences.
4. Third-Party Services
Airbnb, Bokun, and Viator handle booking, payment, and customer information for some forge experiences. Once Upon a Photo Studios manages contact information and bookings for photo sessions hosted on the farm or forge.
These third-party services may collect and store your data according to their own policies. We recommend reviewing their privacy terms if booking through them.

You have the right to request what personal data, if any, we have on file. You also have the right to ask us to correct or delete that data.
