These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in experiences offered by Vikings Don't Cry, operated by Quiver Full Farm LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 5406 US-23 Hwy, Mars Hill, NC 28754. By booking or participating in any experience, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Vikings Don't Cry offers hands-on blacksmithing experiences ("sessions") at The Forge in Mars Hill, NC. Sessions are led by Jeremy Ramsey or qualified instructors and run approximately 2.5 to 3 hours. Participants forge their own blade or piece from raw steel using real tools and a coal forge operating at approximately 1,800°F.
All sessions are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify session content, format, or duration as necessary for safety or operational reasons.
All participants — including minors' guardians — must sign a liability waiver before participating. No exceptions. You may sign in advance at waiver.smartwaiver.com or on-site before your session begins.
Guest-initiated cancellations:

No-shows: Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled session without prior cancellation are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
Bookings made through Airbnb, Get Your Guide, Viator, or other third-party platforms are subject to those platforms' own cancellation policies, which may differ from the above.
Blacksmithing is a physically strenuous activity. The experience involves sustained use of arms, hands, shoulders, and grip strength over a period of 2.5 to 3 hours. Participants should be in reasonable physical condition to participate safely.
By booking, you confirm that you have no medical condition, injury, or impairment that would make participation unsafe. If you have concerns about your ability to participate, please contact us before booking.
We are not responsible for injuries resulting from pre-existing medical conditions or failure to disclose relevant health information.
By participating in a session at The Forge, you grant Vikings Don't Cry / Quiver Full Farm LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use photographs and videos taken during your session for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media accounts, print materials, and advertising.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify your instructor before the session begins and we will accommodate your request.
You are welcome and encouraged to take your own photos and videos during the session. Please tag us at @vikingsdontcry on Instagram and TikTok.
The piece you forge during your session is yours to keep. All finished pieces must be transported and stored safely and legally. We are not responsible for any injury, damage, or legal consequence arising from the possession, transport, or use of forged pieces after they leave the property.
Guests are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding the possession and transport of blades and edged tools in their jurisdiction.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vikings Don't Cry / Quiver Full Farm LLC, its owners, employees, and instructors shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from participation in our experiences, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the session giving rise to that claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Madison County, North Carolina.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at vikingsdontcry.com/terms.html. Continued participation in our experiences after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
